Roxanna Acosta is a J.D. graduate and former paralegal who built her career at the intersection of law, business, and international commerce. Before founding Nomenlex, she spent years working directly with legal professionals — developing a firsthand understanding of how law firms think, how attorneys make decisions, and where the gaps in the legal talent market run deepest.

That experience did not stay theoretical. Roxanna went on to build and operate businesses across three jurisdictions — the Philippines, the United Arab Emirates, and now the United States — navigating the legal, regulatory, and commercial realities of each market from the ground up. She knows what it means to operate in complex environments where the right legal talent is not a luxury. It is the difference between moving and standing still.

With over a decade of management consultancy experience spanning international business and trade, Roxanna brings a calibre of strategic thinking that goes well beyond recruitment. Her five-year presence in Dubai — one of the world's most demanding and deal-driven commercial environments — sharpened that instinct considerably. There, she founded and runs Xanne Holdings, a multi-jurisdictional enterprise with operations spanning Dubai and global markets. The relationships she built through that work — with government entities and high-net-worth individuals operating at the highest levels of international commerce — exposed her to a class of business that does not tolerate mediocrity and does not settle for ordinary counsel. It is that world — defined by precision, discretion, and the relentless pursuit of excellence — that Nomenlex was built to serve.
